What I do

What I love
about this work.

I love what we do as organizational psychologists. Asking questions, getting lost in research and wondering through the process of discovery.

I also love the practice of HR. Finding a balance between the organization and the individual. Challenging the leadership ideology, finding the right tools towards vitality.

There is something magical about a collective unraveling its shared hidden potential for me. It feels like dancing in harmony.

More than anything, I love walking alongside people on their unique quest at work, learning, unlearning and journeying home towards safety, care, belonging and joy.
